    Great experience today at Nails & More Salon! The salon is beautifully decorated, and the staff is always welcoming. Today, the services I received were a pedicure and acrylic fill-in. Ella is my manicurist. I really like the way she does my nails. I've been seeing her for at least 2 years. She can do anything. Just show her a picture and "boom!" This was the first time I received the manicure service at this salon, and the young lady who provided the service was good. I didn't really care for the shape & polishing of my toes. I will try someone else for my pedicure next time. Normally, Ella does both services for me.

    I always get the best service here! Sugah is the Nail Goat.. and Maggie is the foot Guru I always get the best service and feel pampered and complete when I leave! Top tier every time.

    Today my nails are a bubbly, uneven mess with terrible colors. As you can see from my previous review, I used to love coming here even though they're a bit pricey. The quality and service were excellent and the owner is awesome, but today was completely off. Today, I left baffled that I paid $96 for these nails. I did go back in to express my dissatisfaction, and Kailey & Kim stated they have a 5 day policy for unhappy customers. It's an inconvenience, but I'll return, update y'all, and post pics then. UPDATE: They fixed it! The pictures speak for themselves! No blame game, they weren't rude, just asked how to make it right and then did exactly that. Kudos to the owner for creating an atmosphere where the customer can express dissatisfaction* without penalty.
